I was on with “Jasper” for about 45 mins. In the end, he claimed since I invited him onto my computer and did not ask for any banking information, he was not a scammer. He did want a CC to charge me $350. Of course, he used a command prompt and netstat to show me the fake “foreign IP addresses” on my computer. I asked him about that, and he got defensive and hung up.
