Microsoft refund scam - (+44) 7781-470659

A friend of mine received a call regarding a refund.
He had been waiting a week to receive a call back from the company
he had returned some products to.
He thought that this number was the company calling him back.
It was a scammer trying to access to his bank account.

good thing the call didn’t go through, thought it would cost $0.0079 but it was $0.3251

need to check the 7781 also, not just +44.

but it keeps saying this number does not exist
pls check the number and try again.
