Ran into a pop-up website saying my System Detected Some Unusual Activity on a fake Microsoft page with a fake “Windows Detected Potential Threats on Your Computer” and it said to call +1-888-647-5243. I called and I told him I got a pop up and he asked a bunch of standard questions and then said it would cost $500 but $300 for 3 years (never connected to my pc). I gave him some fake CC info, he said it was incorrect, and I told him to fuck off and then hung up.
