We, the board of directors of the Foreign Operation Department of the Federal Reserve Bank New York, are writing to confirm the approved fund value sum of $7.5 million United States Dollars only in your favor as your inheritance fund. We understand that the United Nations and World Bank Government are committed to ensuring that all outstanding contract and inheritance debts are settled. However, it has come to our attention that many beneficiaries have yet to receive their payment due to outstanding obligations to the Federal Government.
