Dunno if they are going to pick up later, but now it’s just ringing.
Ask for Richard or Will. If you get Will, ask for Richard. If you get Richard, ask for Will.

Today it is Martin and Oscar. Both answer as “Support”
If you ask them which company they support, they reply by asking you what number you called to reach them.
If you reply by asking again what company they work for… well, tempers flare.
I called back a few times, asking for Paypal, McAfee and Microsoft support. Each time they just said “Wrong number!” and hung up

When I called they answered Notron but, then said they were not Norton and I called the wrong company. I had told them I had a virus on my computer. They were not very helpful. they would not say what company I called and hung-up on me.
