Fake service they are refunding: Norton / PayPal

This number was posted by someone else but was closed due to it being a dead number earlier today or last night.
I called it this morning and they answered as PayPal, and right now they’re answering again as Norton. I’m thinking possibly two groups use this space to scam? The morning crew pretends to be PayPal and the afternoon pretends to be Norton. I’m assuming here, but give them a call and confirm.
It’s definitely not a dead number. Just called them about 5 minutes ago.
