Answered as Microsoft. I said I need Apple support. Said she’ll transfer me. Phone line is really bad. Asked her location. Redmond, Washington. Asked her the time. She told me the Eastern time. Told her she’s a liar. She hung up…but still I got a call back from 918 7273779 They sounded very new at this.

They keep calling me. Must be desperate.
Called me back from (415) 797-1084 as their connection sucked, and this one was just as bad. (Bandwidth)
