I called and Richard answered. He took my info and said a technician would call me back in 10 minutes. So now I am waiting for the callback.
On the phone with Richard again. This guy is an idiot. He first claimed to be a tech with the same name. Now he said he is the same guy. He is running mrt on my VM and showing me that services are stopped on my computer.
