They use TeamViewer.

I spent like 15 minutes on the phone. They seem legitimate, at least they don’t run ‘netstat’ and say you have hackers and need a new IP address. I assume they would simply dive into a scam but no.

I didn’t have QB installed which made getting into the call/possible bait hard.

I’d probably not bait these guys.

since both secureconnects and easyconnect are carbon copies, I reported both of them for impersonating each other
