So…a client let a scammer on her PC. I saw they had downloaded ScreenConnect. I used the free tool…Seraph Scanner Tool…and it removed all the screen connect services! Such a valuable tool and it’s FREE.

Removing the screen connect client is a pain, it’s nice there’s software that can detect and remove it more easily.
Yes. I first disabled it and stopped it. Then I remembered the tool…which completely removed it from services.
