Generic question. I’ve watched a number of Scambaters Syskey a Windows 7 machine.
Is it a harder process to do on a Windows 8 through 11 machine?

Microsoft removed it from later versions check out the wikipedia page
The closest equivalent I can think of would be setting a login pin or changing the password.
