I called them several times, sometimes merging the calls and muting myself. One kept saying “Hello… Hello… Hi…” Another asked if I slept with my mom last night so I responded with “No, your mom was last night. Thought she told you that.” I asked one of them if I can talk to their babysitter. Now I got blocked. 
They’re operational, but clued in. Guy was clued in to my dodgy sysinfo… But it did take 15 minutes of his time to reach that point…
