There’s scammers in every country of all sorts.
Here in the US, we have insurance companies, and about half the activity of every bank and debt buyers.
But the scammers in India persist the way they do because the cops in india don’t care about this kind of crime.

the best way to fuck over a scammer from india is to find a way to show their own families what they’ve been doing.
Law abiding citizens in india hate scammers. If an angry mob comprised of their own community comes after them, I think that would deter a lot of Indian men and women from becoming scammers.
