This is a scammer that is scamming people in the Dominican Republic working out side of Columbia. He has his victims send money through Western Union to Columbia. attached is the website that he has to apply for a loan. Please get him because he has already collected money from someone I know . Also is there any way to get a fake WhatsApp number so I can reach out too.
