If a scammer wants to get revenge on you, they can put your phone number in a scam email and spam it to the world.
Then you get hundreds of calls to your phone number. And then tens of voice messages like this.

“Hello. I’m trying to reach the Social Security Administration.”
“Hello. I’m calling about myself security here. Got a case ID number of 9903-330u. About my suspension on my Social Security to criminal activities. I have no idea what’s going on here. Need to call me back.”
“f*** you jack ass mother f****** son of a bitching b****. f****** scamming a******. Oh, yeah dumbass.”
“You dumb f****** mother f****** jackass b**** scamming a******. I want to get some f****** stupid. dumbass”
