So i bought a wifi extender and im having a hard time getting the things working. So i called the # on the website but its just a message.
Went to the site and did a live chat. Took my # and would call back.
LEVEL 2 technician called back. He took the serial number of the extender, then said thar my ip addy is infected.
A LEVEL 5 tech would call me back to “install some securities” on my phones.
Wtaf?? I wasn’t even baiting, this is a product i bought!
Get these dummyhead scammers! This legit just happened.

So I’ve been thinking about how to actually reach out to this company. Im pretty sure that company isnt doing the scamming. Mainly because the site, hosted by godaddy, and it was created in 2014. They sell about 30 or 40 products.
The phobe # is 888-573-8820. There is just a message redirecting you back to the website.
And now im nervous cuz i called with my real phone . And im also wondering if i work out how to use it, ive given them the serial number. Can my device be tracked somehow?
