What should I do if they will not give me their teamviewer id/password? I am using a VM so should I give them my true password and not care or can I turn it around somehow and change their mind or something? I just got into a call and he refused to give me any kind of details. Do I close the phone at that point?

You could set up a RAT and hope they take the bait. Some great RATs are Babylon RAT (I use that one) or DarkComet RAT (you could get it from @ScammerRevolts) https://techscammersunited.com/t/darkcomet-rat-download/370
You could disguise the RAT as “Bank Info” or something like that.
